Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City of Valley Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. at Valley City Hall. PUBLIC HEARINGS will be held on the following:

Request for Rezoning – Still Water Lake, from C-3 Highway Commercial to CMD Cluster Mixed Use and R-3 Lakefront Residential.  CMD 3.9 acres to be known as Still Water Lake, Lots 44-49 and Outlot C, and R-3 Lakefront Residential 4.2 acres to be known as Still Water Lake Lots 24-43 and consideration of proposed mixed use development agreement.

Final Plat – Still Water Lake, Lots 24-49, and Outlot C, more specifically described as:  Part of the Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 30 Township 16 North Range 10 East of the 6th p.m., Douglas County Nebraska, North 276th and North West Street.

Conditional Use Permit.  Cole Groteluschen – 25424 Spencer Street, Waterloo, NE – to erect a pole style building (detached garage) within the R-2 Medium/High Density Residential Zoning District.

An agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection at Valley City Hall.
