Uniform Physical Condition Standards
(UPCS) Home Inspection Services

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha requests proposals from qualified, licensed, and bonded entities to provide Uniform Physical Condition Standards Home Inspection Services for Omaha Housing Authority sites throughout Omaha utilizing HUD PHAS REAC and UPCS protocol with REAC minimum scoring summaries per property.

RFP package will be available on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 12:00 P.M.

Pre-proposal Conference will be held on February 23, 2022, at 10:00 A.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
