 The North Omaha “Turnback Tax” Grant Committee will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. The event can be accessed via Zoom (link below). The public hearing will be held to receive public comment on grant proposals that 1) showcase important historical aspects, or 2) assist with the reduction of street and gang violence, or 3) assist with small business and entrepreneurship growth within defined areas within North Omaha. The application and instructions to request “Turnback Tax” grant funds is posted at https://www.douglascounty-ne.gov/ and https://www.cityofomaha.org/
