NOTICE INVITING BIDS
Douglas County is requesting Qualifications/ Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services for Douglas County Department of Corrections Mental Health Renovation/ Addition. Project locations for this work be will for the Douglas County Department of Corrections located at 710 S 17th St, Omaha, Ne.
Interested firms must submit ten (10) hard copies and one (1) electronic PDF copy on USB flash drive of the Statement of Qualifications. Without fail, Statement of Qualifications must be received by 1:00PM CDT, Monday, March 11, 2024.

The members of the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission will convene a special meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024, in the Legislative Chamber, Room LC-4, in the Omaha-Douglas Civic, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska. An agenda for said meeting, kept continually current, is available for public inspection in the Office of the Administrator, Civic Center Suite 1205, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, but the Commission shall have the right to modify the agenda at said meeting when convened. If a signer is needed, please call our office at least five days prior to the meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m., April 1, 2024, for RFP Financial Audit Services.
Specifications may be obtained in the Office of the Administrator, Suite 1205, Omaha Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. All inquiries can be directed to the following email address: bidinquiries@odpbc.org
The Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m., April 1, 2024, and the bid will be awarded at the next scheduled meeting of the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission, which is currently scheduled for April 11th, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.
Please use a sealed envelope in bidding and mark same ‘Building Commission RFP Financial Audit Services’.
