NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held before the Douglas County Zoning Board of Adjustment at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 in the Douglas Room, first floor, 15335 West Maple Road.

1. Rob and Maureen Mayer, 25620 West Dodge Rd., Waterloo, NE 68069, Parcel ID 0109090014; request for a variance specific to the Supplemental Regulations in regard to private swimming pools, specifically a waiver to the fence enclosure requirement around a swimming pool.
