INVITATION FOR BIDS

Douglas County Housing Authority (DCHA) invites bids from general contractors for the tenant finish renovation of a 8,148 S.F. office space.  This project includes demolition and new construction to include offices, reception, multi-purpose, storage, file and break rooms. 

IFB packet will be available in: A&D Plan room & Builders Exchange on September 16, 2021.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on September 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the jobsite located at 3211 N 90th Street, Omaha, NE. Prospective bidders should attend.

The job site will be available for a walkthrough on September 30 and October 7 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Bids shall be submitted to: Douglas County Housing Authority, Attention Contract Administrator, 5404 N 107th Plaza, Omaha, NE  68134.

Deadline for Bid submission is Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.

Bids are subject to HUD, State and Local Regulations.

Davis-Bacon Wage Rates will be required.

DBE/MBE/WBE participation is encouraged.
