NOTICE OF SPECIAL HEARING TO SET FINAL TAX REQUEST

     Douglas County in Douglas County, Nebraska, Public Notice is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of State Statute Section 77-1601.02, that the governing body will meet on the 14th day of  September, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to setting the final tax request at a different amount than the prior year tax request.

OMAHA DOUGLAS PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION

NOTICE

The members of the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission will convene a meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 9, 2021 in the Legislative Chamber, Room LC-4, in the Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, for the purpose of adopting the 2021-2022 Request for Final Levy Allocation.  The budget and final levy allocation detail is available in the Office of the Administrator.  An agenda for said meeting, kept continually current, is available for public inspection in the Office of the Administrator, Civic Center Suite 1205, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, but the Commission shall have the right to modify the agenda at said meeting when convened.  If a signer is needed, please call our office at least five days prior to the meeting.
