The quarterly meeting of the Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) Council of Officials is scheduled for 11:30 am. December 10, 2025 and will be held at Swanson Conference Center 5730 N 30th Street Bldg. 22 Omaha, NE 68111.

Copies of the agendas for the Council of Officials meeting will be available Friday, December 5, 2025. Electronic copies of the agenda will be available at http://mapacog.org. Printed copies of the agenda will be available at MAPA offices.

Meetings of the Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency are conducted in compliance with the Nebraska and Iowa Statutes of the Open Meetings Act. Auxiliary aids, language assistance and services are available when requested at least three business days in advance.

A MAPA Foundation meeting will precede the regular monthly meeting of Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Thursday December 11, 2025. Both meetings will take place in the MAPA Board Room at MAPA offices, 2222 Cuming St., Omaha, Nebraska. MAPA’s December MAPA Foundation & Board of Directors meeting will be streamed live on the agency’s YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/@MAPA2222. This platform is intended for viewing purposes only and is not monitored.

Anyone wishing to speak during the public comment section of the meeting must attend the meeting in-person at MAPA offices or submit written comments to mapa@mapacog.org by 4:30 p.m. December 10, 2025, to be read into the public record.
