Notice is hereby given that a Termination of Notice of Commencement was recorded with the Douglas County Register of Deeds on June 18, 2026, as Instrument No. 2026052352, terminating the Notice of Commencement recorded with the Douglas County Register of Deeds on February 6, 2026, as Instrument No. 2026009286 against the real property legally described as follows:

That part of Lot 1, Block 9, Loveland, an addition to the City of Omaha, in Douglas County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the West line of Loveland Drive 138.65 feet Southwest of the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 (said distance measured along the West line of Loveland Drive), Northwesterly 153 feet to a point 84.2 feet South of the North line and 78.3 feet East of the West line of said Lot 1, thence Southwesterly 97 .8 feet to a point 46 feet East of the West line and 177 feet South of the North line of said Lot 1, thence Southeasterly 145 feet to a point on the West line of Loveland Drive 130 feet Northeast of the Southeast corner of said Lot 1 (said distance measured along the West line of Loveland Drive), thence Northeasterly along the West line of Loveland Drive 134.35 feet to the place of beginning, also known as Parcel “C”.

The Termination of Notice of Commencement was filed by the contracting owner, Icehouse Group LLC, whose address is 413 N Allen St, Bennington, NE 68007. The contracting owner is the fee simple owner of the above-described property. The Notice of Commencement is terminated as of July 24, 2026. All lien claims for which a notice of lien is not recorded by the termination date may be defeated by a transfer of the real estate.
