NOTICE INVITING BIDS

Blair Freeman, an owner’s representative for Seventy-Five North Revitalization Corp. in partnership with the City of Omaha-HOME funds, is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors for the construction of one single-family home and one accessory dwelling unit at 1918 N 28th Street in Omaha, NE. The construction will be run simultaneously. The scope of work and full request for proposal can be obtained by contacting meridith@blairfreeman.com. Deadline for proposals is June 13th, 2025 at 4:00 PM CST. Emailed requests, questions, and bids are to contain the subject line “North 28th Street Contractor”.
