PAVEMENT REPAIRS

Eppley Airfield - Omaha, Nebraska

Project Number CEB 25-11A

The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled PAVEMENT REPAIRS. Combined construction will include concrete pavement removal, concrete pavement construction, and miscellaneous construction Items.  Substantial completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below:

Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 15 (Fifteen) working days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor.

Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m., on December 4, 2025, in the Airport Authority offices, at 1519 E. Hartman Court, Omaha, Nebraska, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud.

A project review conference will be held at 1:00 p.m., on November 20, 2025, in the office of the Omaha Airport Authority, Eppley Airfield, Omaha, Nebraska. A site inspection will follow the project review conference.

A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid is required.

The selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract.

The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
