PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Regional Metropolitan Transit Authority of Omaha (Metro) is seeking public comment on a proposed policy revision to its MOBY service. Metro additionally welcomes questions or feedback about Metro’s Title VI Program Plan, Metro Flex, a soon-to-be-launched microtransit pilot service, and Umo, Metro’s contactless fare payment system.

Metro will hold six (6) meetings for the public to attend and share comments. The meetings will be held in an open-house format:

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Transit Advisory Committee (TAC) of the Regional Metropolitan Transit Authority of Omaha will hold a regularly scheduled TAC meeting on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the offices of the Transit Authority: 2222 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68102.

The proposed agenda items are: Introductions and statement from the Chair – Public Comment Period – Approval of previous meeting minutes – Paratransit appeals: None – Metro updates and upcoming events – Discussion and vote: Bylaws changes– Committee report on public feedback – Committee report on Metro Board – Announcement of date and time of next TAC meeting – Adjournment

The proposed agenda, being kept continually current, shall be available for public inspection in the Transit Authority Administrative building or on the www.ometro.com/tac website.
