ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

1. Sealed Qualification Packets addressed to Omaha Public Schools Schoolhouse Planning, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the “OPS Ashland Park-Robbins Elementary School and Field Club Elementary School Chiller Installation-Bid No: P005-23”, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” will be received in the office of District Purchasing Department, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming St, Omaha, NE 68131, until 2:00 PM, CST, Monday, February 6, 2023. Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

There will be mandatory pre-bid site meeting held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 09 :00 AM CST at Ashland Park-Robbins Elementary School, 5050 S 51st St, Omaha, NE 68117 and 10:00 AM CST at Field Club Elementary School, 3512 Walnut St, Omaha, NE 68105. Attendance is mandatory for both sites.

2. Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-4950, on or after January 6, 2023. Plans and specifications may also be examined at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Buildings & grounds 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 and are also on file at the following locations:
