ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
1. Sealed Bids addressed to Omaha Public Schools Schoolhouse Planning, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the “OPS Burke High School LED Video Scoreboard Replacement Bid No: 23-026”, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” will be received in the office of District Purchasing Department, Omaha Public Schools, 3215 Cuming St, Omaha, NE 68131, until 2:00 PM, CST, Thursday, December 1, 2022. Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid site meeting held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 10:00 AM CST at Burke High School Stadium, 12200 Burke Blvd, Omaha, NE 68154. Attendance is a mandatory requirement of this bid.
2. Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-4950, on or after November 17, 2022. Plans and specifications may also be examined at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Buildings & grounds 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 and are also on file at the following locations:

Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered.
