ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSAL
1. Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the KIOS tower study proposal, Bid Number P022-01, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” will be received in the office of District Operational Services, Omaha Public Schools, 4041 N. 72nd Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68134 until 2:00 PM, CST, February 23, 2021. At that time, the eligible firms will be noted, read aloud and tabulation will be made. Proposals will be scored by an evaluation team with the top two firms being given the opportunity to interview for the project. The top interviewing firm will be presented to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting, March 1, 2021 for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any proposal received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

1. Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the MONROE MIDDLE SCHOOL CHILLER REPLACMENT, SPRING 2021, Bid Number 21-010, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the “District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by Advanced Engineering Systems are to be received by 2:00 PM, CT, Friday, February 19, 2021. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will not be considered. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference / Project Walk Through on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Monroe Middle School.
2. Plans and specifications may be examined and are available for purchase at A&D Technical Supply, Omaha NE 68127, 402-592-4950, on or after January 21 , 2021. Plans and specifications may also be examined at the Office of District Operational Services, Division of Buildings & grounds 4041 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 and are also on file at the following locations:
