FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT WORK AT RALSTON HIGH SCHOOL

FOR RALSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Education of Ralston Public School District is hereby requesting bids from qualified vendors/contractors to provide roof restoration services at several different locations across the district. Each project will be a separate bid.

The School District hereby invites interested, qualified contractors to submit two copies of a sealed bid for the requested scope of work. The scope will include the removal of all demolished materials, installation of new tapered insulation and cover board, all flashing, boots, pitch pans and metal trim to match the existing trim and as further described in the project specifications and project documents which may be obtained at the pre-bid conference.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in person starting at Ralston Middle School, 8202 Lakeview St. Ralston, Nebraska followed by site visits to Ralston High, Meadows Elementary and Wildewood Elementary.

Sealed bids must be received at the Ralston Public Schools’ Administrative Office at 8545 Park Drive, Ralston, Nebraska 68127 no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 5, 2026 for the A-wing project at Ralston High School, 12:00 pm January 6 for the project at Wildewood Elementary, 12:00 pm January 7 for the project at RMS and RHS, 12:00 pm January 8, for the project at Ralston Middle School and 12:00 pm January 9 for the project at Meadows Elementary. Bids may be delivered in person, via United States Mail, or parcel service. Any bids delivered after the deadline will be returned, unopened to the bidder and will not be eligible for consideration. Following the opening of bids, the bids will be evaluated, and a contractor will be selected and announced at the Board of Education meeting on January 12, 2026.

The School reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received that are not deemed to be in the best interests of the School. The School further reserves the right to cancel or amend the request for bids and contract documents at any time and will notify all persons requesting bid documents accordingly.
