The Sarpy County Bar Association held its annual golf tournament last Thursday at Eagle Hills Golf Course in Papillion.

According to Bellevue attorney Greg Pivovar, the results were:

The low men only total was 55 shot by the Foursome of Christopher Roth, Guy Weinstien, Bill McGinn and Paul Forney.

The low mixed team total was David Sommers, Hannah Sommers, Jamie Hermansen and John Jameson with a 61.

Every foursome received a prize of about $25 per player to discourage cheating and encourage participation.

The winner of the 40-inch TV was Jonathan Crosby. The winner of the trip to Las Vegas was Joe Naatz.

About $5,000 will be raised for the Sarpy County Bar Association Scholarship program, which gives away two $1,500 scholarships per year to any metro area student, not just children of members.

Special thanks was also given to Glenn Shapiro and Mr. Jones (Greg Pivovar’s cat) for sponsoring the drink tickets for the players and to Smart Start for their large contribution.
