REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the Northwest Sarpy Road Improvements, 222nd Street, Centennial Road, and 225th Street, Project C-77 (25-14) for the Public Works Department.  Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. November 13, 2025. 

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net). Electronic bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. November 13, 2025 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net.  Vendors that obtain specifications from the internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
