BY QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. St. §77-202.01, notice is hereby given that One exemption application for tax exemption on real and personal property by qualifying organizations (Form 451) have been filed with the Sarpy County Assessor. The application of Bellevue University seeking tax exemption, description of the property, and the recommendation of the County Assessor are available in the office of the Sarpy County Assessor, 1102 E. 1st St, Papillion, NE.

These applications have been scheduled for hearing before the Sarpy County Board of Equalization, 1210 Golden Gate Dr. Papillion NE on November 4, 2025 at 3:00 P.M., and the hearings will be open to the public.

NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE

SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that Daniel R Bundy has made application to Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requesting administrative approval of a Special Use Permit (Renewal) for Sludge Disposal and Storage in the AG Agricultural Zoning District.  The land application of biosolids is proposed on parcels of land generally located north of Hwy 6 and between 234th and 252nd Streets, legally described as, Site 1 - Tax Lots 2A2 & 2A1B 16-13-10 (84 AC); Site 2 - PT of the NE1/4 & PT of Tax Lot F1 & PT of Tax Lot E lying N of RR ROW & E of 255TH St 29-13-10 (120.75 AC); Site 3 - PT of the NW1/4 NW1/4 lying N & W of Hwy 6 & E of 252ND St 28-13-10 (16.17 AC); Site 4 - W1/2 NE1/4 & PT of W1/2 SE1/4 N & W of RR ROW 21-13-10 (116.46 AC); Site 5 - E1/2 SW1/4 lying N & W OF RR ROW 21-13-10 (68.52 AC); Site 6a - W3/4 NE1/4 & E1/2 NW1/4 20-13-10 (198.43 AC); and Site 6b - E1/2 E1/2 NE1/4 20-13-10 (37.5 AC); all located in Sarpy County Nebraska.

The Sarpy County Planning Director, Robert Laroco, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE  68046, receiving no written objection within (30) thirty days of this published notice, shall thereby declare said Administrative Special Use Permit approved.  Notice dated the 24th day of October 2025.
