Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at 3:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Building, 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.   A Public Hearing will be held on the following:

JMF LLC has submitted an application for consideration of a Final Replat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 8, Tiburon Ridge Replat 2, inclusive, being a replat of Outlot E, Tiburon Ridge, a subdivision as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located southeast of 176th Street and Cypress Drive. 

Sarpy County Planning & Building Department requests approval of text amendments to the Sarpy County Subdivision Regulations:  Section 3 - Definitions, Section 5 – Procedure for Approval of Preliminary Plat, Section 6 – Preliminary Plat and Supplemental Data, Section 7 – Procedure for Approval of Final Plat, Section 8 – Final Plat and Required Supplementary Data, and Section 9 – Plat of Record Vacation and Administrative Replats.

An agenda for the meeting, kept continually current, is available for inspection at the Sarpy County Planning Department, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion, NE.
