Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application(s):
Meridian 168, LLC has submitted a Comprehensive Plan Amendment application to change the Future Land Use Map (Map 12) from Low to Medium Density Residential (LMDR) to Mixed Use (MU) on Lots 1 thru 11, Meridian Marketplace, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Sarpy County, NE. Generally located southeast of 168th Street and Giles Road.
Meridian 168, LLC has submitted applications for a Rezoning from BG to MU for Lot 7, Meridian Marketplace and Lots 1 thru 7 and Outlot A, Meridian Marketplace Replat 1, and a Preliminary Plat and Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 thru 7 and Outlot A, Meridian Marketplace Replat 1, being a replating of Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11, Meridian Marketplace, as surveyed, platted, and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located southeast of 168th Street and Giles Road.
Jasper Stone Partners has submitted applications for consideration of a Rezoning from AG to RE2, and Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as 230th & Harrison Street Estates, Lots 1 thru 75 and Outlots A through I, being a platting of two parcels legally described as the NE1/4 NE1/4 & Tax Lots 1 and 5, and Tax Lot 9, all in Section 15, Township 14N, Range 10E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, Nebraska. Generally located Southwest of 225th and Harrison Streets.
