COURTHOUSE DOCK REMODEL

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for Courthouse Dock Remodel for the Facilities Management Department. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. April 24, 2026.

Bids shall be submitted online using the electronic bid system (https://sarpy.ionwave.net).  Electronic bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. April 24, 2026 in the Purchasing Office of the Sarpy County Administration Building.  Bid results will be immediately available on the online bid system under the bid documents tab.

Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net.  Vendors that obtain specifications from other internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added at a later time.

The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
