Meetings, open to the public, will be held consecutively beginning at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at the Sarpy County Courthouse Boardroom. Agendas are kept continually current and available for inspection at the Sarpy County Clerk/Register of Deeds office and published on our website at sarpy.gov or sarpy.civicweb.net. The Board shall have the right to modify the agendas to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meetings.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

SARPY COUNTY

PLANNING COMMISSION

 

Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application(s):

 

Rezoning from RS-72 and IL to AG and a Special Use Permit in the AG District, for a Commercial Recreational and Camping Area on property known as the Twenty Club, legally described as: Gov Lot 3 N of Allied Rd and Tax Lot 8 (44.46 ac) and Pt Gov Lot 3 S of Allied Rd Exc Pt for NRD (22.98 ac), all in Section 26, T13N, R13E of the 6th P.M., generally located at 8th Street and Allied Rd.  Applicant: Twenty Club

 

Amendments to the Sarpy County Comprehensive Plan to: a) Change the Future Land Use (Map 12) from Low to Medium Density Residential to Residential Estates; and b) Change the Growth Management Zone (Map 13) from Urban Reserve Zone to Rural Development Zone for a proposed subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 31, Riverview Estates Addition.  Generally located Southeast of Platteview Road and S 63rd Street.  Applicant: KSD Partners, LLC, c/o Mitch Scanlan (member).

 

Rezoning from AG to RE2 Residential Estates II District, and a Preliminary Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 – 31, Riverview Estates Addition being a replat of a tract of land located in Sections 19, 25 and 30, Township 13N, Ranges 12E and 13E of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska.  Generally located SE of S 63rd Street and Platteview Road.  Applicant: KSD Partners, LLC, c/o Mitch Scanlan (member).
