Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Sarpy County Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., in the Sarpy County Board Room, Sarpy County Administration Bldg., 1210 Golden Gate Drive, Papillion NE. A Public Hearing will be held on the following application:

Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Lots 1 to 31 and Outlots A to C, Riverview Estates, being a platting of a tract of land located in the W1/2 SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 19, being the West 40 rods of said SW1/4 SW1/4 in Township 13N, Range 13E; in the W1/2 W1/2 NW1/4, in the West 40 rods of Govt.
