NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
RE: {Application/Docket No.PI-256} In the Matter of the Nebraska Public Service Commission, on its own motion, seeking to investigate requirements for carriers providing household goods moving services in Nebraska intrastate commerce.
Interested persons are hereby notified that a workshop on the above-captioned application is scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska. Access to the hearing will be made available for virtual participation via WebEx and telephone. Information for connecting may be accessed at https://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. Individuals may also attend the meeting by telephone: dial 408-418-9388, then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for the access code.

B-2177: In the Matter of the Application of Express Care Transportation, LLC, Omaha, seeking authority as a common carrier in Nebraska intrastate commerce in the transportation of passengers in Open Class service by sedan, van, and SUV in Cass, Douglas, Sarpy, Saunders, and Washington counties over irregular routes.
