The following applications(s) may be inspected at the office of the Commission during regular business hours.  Protests must be filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the Applicant in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.

BR-592/B-2018:  In the Matter of the Application of Compassion Care Senior Services, LLC d/b/a Compassion Care Medical Transport, Omaha, seeking to establish its rates and charges subject to the Provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. Chapter 75, Articles 1 and 3. This Order was granted on an emergency basis.

BR-593/B-1778:  In the Matter of the Application of Down the Hatch, Inc., d/b/a Down the Hatch, Lincoln, seeking to establish its rates and charges subject to the Provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. Chapter 75, Articles 1 and 3. This Order was granted on an emergency basis.

RE:  Application No.   NG-101/PI-224  In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, opening an investigatory docket for the purpose of general monitoring of issues regarding the natural gas industry and jurisdictional utilities in Nebraska.   Black Hills Energy.

 Interested persons are hereby notified that a status meeting on the above-captioned application will be held on April 20, 2021, at 2:30 p.m.  Access to the meeting via webconference will be made available at https://psc.nebraska.gov/

AMENDED NOTICE OF MEETING

A meeting of the Nebraska Real Estate Commission will be held on March 18-19, 2021, in the Omaha Room of the Country Inn and Suites, located at 5353 N 27th St, in Lincoln, Nebraska. The meeting will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on March 18, and will continue on that date until recessed or adjourned, whichever shall occur first. If recessed, the meeting will reconvene at the same location at 9:00 a.m. on March 19.

At times, the Commission may go into closed session during the meeting, as provided for in Neb. Rev. Stat. 84-1410.

At 10:00 a.m., March 18, 2021, the Commission will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of proposed amendments to Nebraska Administrative Code, Title 299, Chapters 1, and 7, relating to real estate licensee pre-license education, and continuing education and training. The regulatory change will have no fiscal impact to the general public or the Nebraska Real Estate Commission and minimal fiscal impact to regulated persons.

An agenda, kept continually, shall be available for inspection at the Nebraska Real Estate Commission office.
