NEBRASKA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

The following applications(s) may be inspected at the office of the Commission during regular business hours.  Protests must be filed with the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the Applicant in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.

B-1861.02r: In the Matter of the Application of Nebraska Metro Transportation, d/b/a Metro Sedan & Limousine Services, Omaha, seeking to establish its rates and charges subject to the Provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. Chapter 75, Articles 1 and 3. This Order was granted on an emergency basis.

B-2049.01r: In the Matter of the Application of Prescribed Transportation, LLC, seeking to establish its rates and charges subject to the Provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. Chapter 75, Articles 1 and 3. This Order was granted on an emergency basis.

NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING

SCHEDULE “A” AND “E” RATES AND CHARGES: A hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. CDT. (10:00 a.m. MDT) in the Commission Hearing Room,, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska. Seating will be limited for in-person attendance.  Remote access to the hearing will be available via WebEx and telephone.  WebEx attendance can be accessed at the following link:  https://psc.nebraska.gov/stream.  To attend by telephone, dial 408-418-9388 then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for the access code.  The testimony received at the hearing will be used to draft a schedule for 2022-2023 storage year. Written comment may be sent to the Commission’s Warehouse Department, and must be received by 3:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday, April 28, 2022, to receive consideration.

If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at the meeting, please call the Commission at (402) 471-3101.  For people with hearing/speech impairments, please call the Nebraska Relay System at (800) 833-7352 (TDD) or (800) 833-0920 (Voice).  Advance notice of at least seven days is needed when requesting an interpreter.

The Nebraska Department of Transportation will receive sealed bids in Room 104 of the Central Office Building at 1500 Hwy. 2 in Lincoln, until 1:30 PM on April 07, 2022. At that time the bids will be opened and read.
