NOTICE OF IN-PERSON MEETING
SCHEDULE “A” AND “E” RATES AND CHARGES: A hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. CDT. (10:00 a.m. MDT) in the Commission Hearing Room,, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska. Seating will be limited for in-person attendance. Remote access to the hearing will be available via WebEx and telephone. WebEx attendance can be accessed at the following link: https://psc.nebraska.gov/stream. To attend by telephone, dial 408-418-9388 then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for the access code. The testimony received at the hearing will be used to draft a schedule for 2022-2023 storage year. Written comment may be sent to the Commission’s Warehouse Department, and must be received by 3:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday, April 28, 2022, to receive consideration.
