NEBRASSKA PUBLIC SERVCE COMMISSION

NOTICE

The following application(s) may be inspected at the office of the Nebraska Public Service Commission during regular office hours.  Interventions must be filed with the Commission in the manner and within the time prescribed in Section 14 of the Rules of Commission Procedure, Title 291, NAC Chapter 1.

 C-5231     In the Matter of the Application of Cable One VoIP, LLC, Phoenix, Arizona, seeking authority to operate as a local exchange and interexchange carrier of telecommunication services within the State of Nebraska.

NOTICE

The Nebraska Universal Service Fund Advisory Board will hold a meeting on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. 

Under authority granted by Executive Order No. 21-02, Coronavirus-Continued Limited Waiver of Public Meetings Requirements, issued by the Governor on January 11, 2021, this will be held via video conference.  Access to the meeting for members of the public and the media will be available via WebEx at the following link:  http://tiny.cc/PSCWebex  (case sensitive).  Members of the public or the media may also attend the meeting by telephone.  Dial 408-418-9388, then enter 146 273 5624 when prompted for an access code. 

The agendas will be available for public inspection no later than 1:30 p.m. on the day before the meeting on the Commission’s website:  https://psc.nebraska.gov/sites/psc.nebraska.gov/files/doc/Agenda%2021-04...
