NOTICE OF HEARING

Application No. NUSF-4:   In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion,

seeking to determine the level of the fund necessary to carry out the

Nebraska Telecommunications Universal Service Fund Act, to be

effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021:

All persons interested in the above-referenced application are hereby notified that the matter has been scheduled for public hearing on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at 10:00  a.m. in the Nebraska Public Service Commission Hearing Room, 300 The Atrium, 1200 “N” Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, which will be held in an electronic format.  The link to the videoconference is as:  https://psc.nebraska.gov/stream.   The telephone bridge for the audio connection is:  408-418-9388, Access Code 146 273 5624.   The purpose of the said hearing is to determine the level of the NUSF necessary to carry out the requirements of the Nebraska Universal Service Fund Act for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021.

If auxiliary aids or reasonable accommodations are needed for attendance at a Commission hearing, please call the Commission at (402) 471-3101.  For people with hearing/speech impairments, please call the Commission at (402) 471-0213 (TDD) or the Nebraska Relay System at (800) 833-7352 (TDD) or (800) 833-0920 (Voice).  Advance notice of at least seven days is needed when requesting an interpreter.
