RE: Docket No. GW/GD-2024-001: In the Matter of the Commission, on its own motion, seeking to open a docket to amend Title 291, Chapter 8, Grain Warehouse and Grain Dealer Rules and Regulations for general cleanup and updates and to comply with Nebraska Legislative Bill 262 (2024).
Interested persons are hereby notified that a workshop has been scheduled for Monday, August 5, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. CDT in the Commission Hearing Room, 1200 N Street, Suite 300, Lincoln, Nebraska. Remote access to the hearing will be available via WebEx and telephone. WebEx attendance can be accessed at the following link: https://psc.nebraska.gov/stream.
