NOTICE OF HEARING
VILLAGE OF WATERLOO, NEBRASKA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Waterloo, Nebraska, will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 6 P.M. in the Waterloo Town Hall, 509 S Front St, Waterloo, NE 68069, to consider and possibly take action on a redevelopment plan entitled: “Redevelopment Plan for the Aspen Lake Redevelopment Project,” for redevelopment pursuant to the Community Development Law, Nebraska Revised Statutes, sections 18-2101, et seq., within a portion of a blighted and substandard community redevelopment area of the Village, approximately located to the southwest of the intersection of West Maple Road and Hwy 275, within the Village.
A map of the proposed area to be redeveloped and the cost-benefit analysis for the redevelopment project set forth in the redevelopment plan is available for review at the office of the Village Clerk at 509 S Front St, Waterloo, NE 68069, telephone number 402-779-2292.
At said time and place, all interested parties may appear and be heard.
