NOTICE OF HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Waterloo will hold a hearing on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the Final Plat for a Subdivision at Lot 2, Cedar Hollow Replat 2. This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Waterloo, will hold a hearing on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF WATERLOO, NEBRASKA, TO A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 15 AND THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 16, ALL IN TOWNSHIP 15 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE SIXTH P.M., DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA. This hearing, which is open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.
