NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Planning Board of the Village of Waterloo will hold a hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the Final Plat for a Subdivision at the southeast corner of 252nd and West Maple Road. This hearing, which are open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.

This hearing, which is open to the public, will be held at the Village Hall at 509 S. Front St.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Chairman and Trustees of the Waterloo Village Board, serving as the Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 7:00 pm to discuss an Application for Variance for 301 Madison Street to permit an accessory structure be placed between the house and the front lot line. This hearing, which is open to the public, will be held at the Village Hall at 509 S. Front St.
