NOTICE OF HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Village Board of the Village of Waterloo, serving as the Board of Adjustments, will hold a hearings on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m., and Monday, April 22, 2024 at 5:00 pm to discuss

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING AND EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF WATERLOO, NEBRASKA, TO A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 9, THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 15 AND THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 16, ALL IN TOWNSHIP 15 NORTH, RANGE 10 EAST OF THE SIXTH P.M., DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

This hearing, which is open to the public, will be held at the Village Office located at 509 S Front Street.
