PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 14, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

 

An ordinance to rezone property south of 18th Street and Willis Avenue from R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) and R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District to R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.

 

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District located south of 18th Street and Willis Avenue, to approve the Development Plan.

 

Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.
