DOUGLAS COUNTY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with Neb. Rev. St. 23-107.01, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting on Tuesday November 19, 2019 at approximately 9:00 A.M. in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose  of declaring the following parcel as surplus and available for sale to the public by bid, and to determine a fair market value for the same. Any interested party may appear and speak for or against the sale, or raise any issue regarding the fair market value of the property. Specifications may be obtained in the Douglas County Public Property Office, 1212 Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183.
