NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 15, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 202nd Avenue and N Street from AG-Agricultural District to MU-Mixed Use District.

RUNWAY WEATHER INFORMATION SYSTEM (RWIS)

PROJECT NUMBER CEB 26-13A

OMAHA AIRPORT AUTHORITY

The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive proposals for the project titled Runway Weather Information System, Project Number CEB 26-13A.

Scope of project is to install a Runway Weather Information System (RWIS) that is comprised of six (6) runway surface sensors and one (1) atmospheric sensor station.

NOTICE INVITING BIDS

The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) has a bid offering for Concrete Repairs at CHI Health Center Omaha. RFP’s are available at www.omahameca.com. Information about the mandatory pre-bid meeting is available in the RFP. All sealed bids must be received by 11:00 am on Monday, September 21, 2026, and will be publicly opened at that time.
