NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will meet and hold a public hearing on January 7, 2020, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183 for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

Notice is given to the public according to Chapter 41 of the Omaha Municipal Code of the application of MCI Telecommunications Services dba Verizon Business to obtain an historical minor air emission construction permit for their telecommunications facility at 5857 60th Street, Omaha. The potential emissions from this project in tons will be: TSP 0.16, PM10 0.13, PM2.5 0.13, SOx 0.12, NOx 7.36, VOC 0.19, CO 1.95, and GHG 380.07.
