4.  Citizens Comments:  This is an opportunity for members of the audience to be heard at this time for a maximum of 5 minutes on any topic not on the agenda as it relates to the Douglas County Criminal Justice System. However, under the Open Meetings Act, agenda items should give reasonable notice of the matters to be considered by the Douglas County Criminal Justice System Management Council so that the public will know which matters are under consideration. As a result, members of the Management Council will not engage in discussions, conversations, debates, or take action on any item presented during Citizen Comments. During Citizen Comments, the Chair will keep order and a citizen may be called “out of order” for disruptive conduct or behavior.

NOTICE OF MEETING

The regular meeting of the Douglas County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will be held in-person at the Douglas County Housing Authority office at 3211 N 90th Street, Omaha, NE beginning at 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Friday, June 27, 2025. The agenda for this meeting is kept continuously current and available for inspection in the office of the Douglas County Housing Authority during normal business hours.
