Public Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Waterloo, Nebraska, held at 7:00 o’clock P.M. on October 13, 2025, there was passed and adopted Ordinance No. 852 entitled:

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF WATERLOO, NEBRASKA BY AMENDING SECTION 8-405 PERTAINING TO PERMIT APPLICATIONS; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECT DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE COMPENSATION FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF WATERLOO, DOUGLAS COUNTY, NEBRASKA; REPLACING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
