NOTICE INVITING BIDS

Sampson Construction, acting as the Construction Manager at Risk for Millard Public Schools, invites you to submit a bid for the Russell Middle School Addition & Renovation project located in Omaha, NE. The project includes construction of a new addition totaling 3,998 sf and 3,148 sf of renovation of the existing school.

Scope of work includes demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, casework, roofing, doors/hardware, glass/glazing, interior finishes, specialties, signage, shades, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage, earthwork, site paving, temp fencing, landscaping, site utilities, testing/inspections, and surveying.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 4:00 pm CST on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the West lobby at Russell Middle School located at 5305 S 172nd Street, Omaha, NE 68135. The Pre-Bid Meeting is not mandatory, but strongly suggested for contractors to attend.

Proposals are due prior to 2:00 PM CST on Thursday, December 4, 2025.

Bids will only be accepted by fax (402-434-7425) or email to (estimating@sampson-construction.com).

Note: Bids sent to any other fax number or email address will not be considered.

The Owner and Construction Manager shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal. All bids shall remain in effect for forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.

By submitting a bid for this project, bidder agrees he has read the Sampson Construction Standard Subcontract Agreement and if bid is accepted, is willing to execute this Subcontract Agreement without material modification. Subcontractor to guarantee material pricing at the time of bid submission. All pricing must be firm and must account for uncertainty created by market conditions. Any qualifications on bid concerning pricing will be rejected and may render bid nonresponsive.
