REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ADVERTISING CONCESSION

AT OMAHA EPPLEY AIRFIELD

The Omaha Airport Authority issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on October 9, 2025, for an advertising concession at Omaha Eppley Airfield (OMA) as part of the Build OMA Terminal Modernization Program.  The Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to design, fabricate, install, and manage an advertising concession.

The RFP, including instructions and all available materials and attachments, is located on the airport’s website at www.FlyOMA.com/concessions.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Omaha Airport Authority offices until December 11, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Central Time.

The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to wave informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
