OMAHA HOUSING AUTHORITY

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is preparing amendments to its Annual Plan for 2025.  OHA hereby notifies and invites the public to review and comment.  The proposed Plan and related documents are available beginning May 9 at OHA’s central office located at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Alternately, you may request documents by email to contactus@ohauthority.org.

OHA will hold a public hearing at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 in the Board Room of OHA’s Central Office located at 1823 Harney Street.  Accessible entrance is on the south side of the building. Please contact OHA at 402-444-6900 if you require accommodation under the American with Disabilities Act or language interpretation to participate in this public hearing.
