PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 4, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 6609 North 99th Street.

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Starwood South Replat 4, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 6609 North 99th Street, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Starwood South Replat 3, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.

An ordinance to rezone property located south of 230th Street and Edgewater Road (parcel #0115910004) from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Sinclair Addition, a minor plat outside city limits, located south of 230th Street and Edgewater Road (parcel #0115910004), is hereby approved and accepted.

An ordinance to rezone property located southeast of 204th and Fort Streets from AG-Agricultural District to R3-Single Family Residential District (Medium Density).

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Indian Creek Preserve (Lots 1-16 and Outlots A-C), a subdivision outside city limits, located southeast of 204th and Fort Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Indian Creek North, LLC, The Indian Creek Preserve Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 404 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Indian Creek Preserve (Lots 1-16 and Outlots A-C) and is located southeast of 204th and Fort Streets.

Replacement Services

OHA is soliciting bids for one or more qualified contractors to complete the removal and replacement of existing sewer stacks of various residential towers located in Omaha, Nebraska.

Packets are available on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

Bid Documents and plans will be available through A&D Technical Supply at a cost determined by A&D Technical Supply. Please direct questions to Schemmer at msinclair@schemmer.com.

Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 2:00 pm, Zoom meeting: See IFB for the registration link.

The deadline for questions for the project is Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM CST.

The bid deadline for the project is Thursday, June 20th, 2024, at 2:00 P.M, CST.
