PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 11, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 156th and State Streets from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 156th and State Streets from AG-Agricultural District to MU-Mixed Use District.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Hanover Falls Center (Lots 9-10, Outlots C-E), a subdivision outside the city limits, located northwest of 156th and State Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Walnut Grove LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Hanover Falls Center (Lots 9-10 and Outlots C-E) and is located northwest of 156th and State Streets.
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 180th Street and Purple Martin Parkway from AG - Agricultural District to R6 - Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Purple Martin Hill (Lot 1, Outlot A), a subdivision outside the city limits, located northwest of 180th Street and Purple Martin Parkway, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Sheltering Tree, Inc., as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Purple Martin Hill (Lot 1 and Outlot A) and is located northwest of 180th Street and Purple Martin Parkway.
An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 168th and State Streets from AG – Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 168th and State Streets from AG – Agricultural District to MU- Mixed Use District.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled The Hill (Lots 397-402, Outlot P), a subdivision outside city limits, located northeast of 168th and State Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Woodsonia 168-State Phase III, LLC, The Hill Landowners Association, Inc., and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 616 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as The Hill (Lots 39-402 and Outlot P) and is located northeast of 168th and State Streets.
An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District located at 3324 North 16th Street, to approve the Development Plan.

OHA is soliciting bids for one or more qualified contractors to complete the removal and replacement of existing sewer stacks of various residential towers located in Omaha, Nebraska.
Packets are available on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
