NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 16, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to amend Sections 11-334, 11-337, and 11-338 of the Omaha Municipal Code to permit holders of licenses issued by Nebraska local health departments other than the Douglas County Health Department to operate within the City of Omaha; to clarify parking regulations; to clarify the expiration date for mobile food vendor licenses; to require operation in conjunction with a licensed commercial kitchen
