PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 27, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property at 804 North 143rd Court and 805 North 143rd Plaza from R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) and DR- Development Reserve District to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

An ordinance to rezone property at 6402 North 71st Street from LO-Limited Office District to CC-Community Commercial District (property is located within an ACI-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District).

Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.
