Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Omaha met on October 5, 2021 and passed and approved the following ordinances:

ORDINANCE NO. 42689

AN ORDINANCE approving a redevelopment and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Omaha and 1120 Lofts, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, to implement the 1120 Lofts Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Project Plan for a redevelopment project site located at 1120 North 20 Street, which proposes the new construction of a three story apartment building with thirty rental units; the agreement authorizes the use of up to $485,000.00, plus accrued interest, in excess ad valorem taxes (TIF) generated by the development to help fund the cost of the project, and providing for an effective date.

ORDINANCE NO. 42690

AN ORDINANCE to approve an Amendment to the Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Omaha, a Nebraska Municipal Corporation in Douglas County, Nebraska and the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, a public body corporate of the State of Nebraska, to implement the Center Aloft and Baxter Arena Tax Increment Finance TIF Redevelopment Project Plan for a redevelopment site at 2425 South 67th Street and generally located at southwest of 64th and Center Streets, for the construction and installation of various public improvements and authorizes the use of $1,000,000 in redevelopment bond proceeds to reimburse the costs of the public improvements; and provide for an effective date.
