REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES

OMAHA STREETCAR

The Omaha Streetcar Authority (OSA) is requesting proposals for services of consulting engineering firms to perform professional services for the Omaha Streetcar Project.  OSA expects to complete the 30% design documents by April 2023, at which time the selected engineering design consultant will be authorized to commence the Final Design.  Respondents to the RFP may be required to interview prior to being selected.

Interested firms may request a detailed RFP by emailing ae.selection@cityofomaha.org or by writing to the City of Omaha Public Works Department, Attention: Sylvia, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, NE 68183 prior to November 9, 2022.

Section 49-1130: Request for waiver of grease interceptor requirements at 2910 K St.

Section 49-521:  Request approval to proceed with pipe burst which will close off 4816 Magnolia St.

The City of Omaha Public Works Department is requesting proposals for preliminary and final design services for single lane roundabouts at the intersections of 50th and Farnam Street and 52nd and Farnam Street.  Drainage features and storm sewer improvements are anticipated to be installed as part of the project.
