PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 7, 2021, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located at 505 South 90th Street from R1-Single-Family Residential District (Large Lot) to R2-Single-Family Residential District (Low-Density).

An ordinance to rezone property located at 655 North 108th Avenue from R8-High-Density Multiple-Family Residential District to CC-Community Commercial District (property is located within an ACI-3 Overlay District).

An ordinance to rezone property located at 13319 Cottner Street from R2-Single-Family Residential District (Low-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

An ordinance to rezone property located at 1812 Sahler Street from GI-General Industrial to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 4907 Underwood Avenue from R8-High-Density Multiple-Family Residential District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is located within an NCE Overlay District).

An ordinance to rezone the property located at 1620 Clark Street from GC-General Commercial District to R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.

An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District in a GC-General Commercial District located at 1620 Clark Street, to approve the Development Plan.
